Software for the Chilean state

The digital layer of the state, builtto last the next twenty years.

We build the platforms the public sector needs so that Ley 21.180 is the floor — not the ceiling.

What we believe

What the state deserves.

Avero does not start from a PowerPoint. It starts from beliefs we defend in every platform we build.

01

Ley 21.180 is the floor. The goal is what the state deserves.

  1. 02

The Chilean state deserves cutting-edge software — like the rest of us.

  2. 03

If a procedure does not serve the citizen first, it does not serve.

  3. 04

Public employees should not lose time learning the system. The system should save them time.

  4. 05

State processes do not depend on the electoral cycle. Neither does the platform.

  5. 06

Every action logged, secure, traceable. No shortcuts for anyone.

  6. 07

State information is useful when connected. Isolated, it is not.

Commitments

Three things we keep in every platform.

01

It connects to what you already have.

Avero installs on top of the systems your municipality or agency already runs — SIFIM, CAS-Chile, SMC, or whatever they are. You do not have to throw anything away to start.

02

Your data is yours. Exportable. No lock-in.

Direct database access, export included in the contract. If you choose another vendor tomorrow, you take everything — no migration fees, no exit contracts.

03

Modern software, sensible cost.

Cloud-native, continuously maintained. We do not sell you a version that ages from day one. We do not put you through six-figure "consulting" for every change.

The first platform

Munai.

We are building Munai, the municipal digital layer — what the citizen needs to resolve from home and what the municipality needs to record to operate. Currently in pilot in Metropolitan Region municipalities. If you want to see where the product is today and where it is going, we will walk you through it.

Under the hood, assisted agents classify case files, prepare drafts, and extract data from legacy documents. The employee reviews and signs — the system doesn't decide on its own.

The layer that connects

We don't replace. We connect.

Munai installs on top of the systems your municipality already runs. It's not a replacement — it's the layer that makes them talk to each other.

Currently working with municipalities in Chile's Metropolitan Region.

We are in pilot with large and mid-sized municipalities in the RM, on document management and citizen-facing services. Out of respect for their communications timeline, names will be published only with their written authorization.

"In four meetings they understood the operational problem of running a municipality better than any vendor we've worked with in the last ten years."

Talk to us

If your municipality still needs to comply with Ley 21.180, let's talk this week.

We don't quote through forms. We start with a 30-minute call where we'll tell you honestly whether Avero is the right partner. If not, we'll tell you who is.
